Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 22, 2026

1. Who We Are

Swayze Marketing LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates insurancecrmbootcamp.com and related services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact information you provide — name, email, phone number, company, mailing address, and any messages you send us.
  • Account & portal data — login credentials, onboarding answers, preferences, dietary/accessibility info you submit, travel and lodging details.
  • Payment information — processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • CRM & integration data — information you provide when connecting or configuring a CRM, including business name, brand info, and A2P 10DLC registration data.
  • Usage data — IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, referrers, and similar telemetry collected via cookies and analytics.

3. How We Use Information

  • To deliver, support, and improve the Services and events you've registered for.
  • To send marketing and transactional communications consistent with your consent (see Section 4 and our Terms & Conditions §5).
  • To process payments, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. SMS & Call Data

Phone numbers you provide are used to text and call you (including via auto-dialer, prerecorded/AI voice, and ringless voicemail) consistent with the consent described in our Terms & Conditions §5. We do not share SMS opt-in data or mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Carriers, SMS aggregators, and telephony providers process your phone number only as needed to deliver our messages and calls.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services, including with:

  • Service providers — hosting, payments (Stripe), CRM and telephony platforms, email and SMS delivery vendors, analytics, customer-support tools.
  • Event partners — venue, lodging, and on-site logistics providers, limited to what they need to serve you.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Your Rights & Choices

  • Marketing opt-out: Reply STOP to any marketing text, click unsubscribe in any marketing email, or email support@swayzemarketing.com to revoke call consent.
  • Access, correction, deletion: Email support@swayzemarketing.com to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.
  • State privacy rights: Residents of certain U.S. states (e.g., California) may have additional rights. We honor verifiable requests as required by applicable law.

9. Children

The Services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
